EMC quick check and EMC pre-test allow the implementation of low cost EMC solutions into the module, sub-system or prototype.
Selecting the relevant tests
DELTA has more than 65 years of EMC experience and our specialists have been designing products for more than twenty years. We help you select the relevant EMC tests to give the best EMC status report for your design or product.
EMC fine tuning
EMC fine tuning of filters and other implemented EMC designs makes the final EMC compliance test easy. Expensive EMC components can occasionally be saved and EMC problems often solved using chip capacitors, which cost a fraction of the price of implementing shielding solutions and ferrite just before market release.
EMC Quick check
Quick EMC testing cuts corners to be able to deliver as many EMC indications and results as possible - fast. Select an EMC quick check when diagrams are made into modules and sub-systems or when you are about to select vital components, such as switch mode power supplies or wireless modules.
EMC Pre testing
EMC pre-test follows the test methods described in EMC basic standards. No corners are cut. DELTA helps you select the relevant EMC phenomena to verify the EMC status of your system or product. Select an EMC pre-test when modules and sub-systems are put together in the first working prototype sample of the final product.
EMC HALT - EMC High Amplitude Limit Test
EMC testing until the product breaks down, ignoring the test setup described in EMC basic standards. If finding the outer limit for the EMC design are your goal, then you must go to the extreme!
EMC test - "do-it-yourself" service
EMC testing in the design phase, handled by you. Membership of the DELTA EMC Club enables our EMC test - "do-it-yourself" service, where you can test in DELTA's EMC LAB.
