Sounds are everywhere and around us in our daily life. Sometimes you find them enjoyable, but more and more often they become annoying and you simply consider them as noise - unwanted sounds.

The noise impact on man is investigated intensely these years e.g. annoyance, risk of hearing damage, diseases caused by noise impact, stress. How can we change the world into a quieter one and still have the feeling of a throbbing city or the peaceful nature etc.?

Sources must always be indicated by using the "støjbarometer" and "lavfrekvent støj".

DELTA has 30 acousticians each of them with unique acoustic skills and background. We work with every possible aspect within the field of acoustics and we have access to the most up-to-date technologies and knowledge. At our three locations we have access to the most advanced test facilities.

Accreditations

DELTA has accreditation to most relevant acoustic standards involving room- and building acoustics, exterior noise, test of hearing aids etc.

Nord2000 Research

DELTA continuously participates in relevant research projects to the benefit of our customers and the society. DELTA has contributed to the development of the current Nordic sound propagation model for Traffic Noise called Nord2000. We continue to investigate the usability of the method in other areas.
