Acoustic calibration

1. Requisition of order & freight papers

• Reguest your pre-completed UPS freight papers (you only need to fill in your own data).
• Price list & order form including our prices and terms of delivery. Pick the relevant calibration service(s), calculate your price and attach the form to your parcel.

The UPS freight papers will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your requisition.

2. Shipment

• Complete the order form and freight papers
• Call your local UPS agent to have the parcel picked up

You are welcome to use another shipment service than UPS. However, note that DELTA's EUR 50 shipment within Europe service requires the use of the pre-completed UPS freight papers.

3. Order confirmation by e-mail

When we receive the parcel from you, we will send you an order confirmation including:

• Calculation and/or confirmation of the price

• Estimated time of shipment

4. Electronic report

When the instrument has been calibrated, we send you the report per e-mail together with information about shipment details including UPS tracking number for the return of your instrument.

5. Return of the calibrated instrument

You receive your instrument as advised by e-mail.
