Acoustic laboratory measurements of building elements
Gain a stronger professional position through documentation of acoustic properties
.jpg)
Laboratory measurements give an accurate determination of the acoustic properties of a range of building elements, such as:
- Windows
- Acoustic ceilings
- Floor coverings
Documentation is important to the manufacturer
The results are used by manufacturers as product documentation, for example for CE labelling in accordance with the Construction Products Directive, or as documentation for specific building projects.
The results are also used by consulting engineers, architects, etc., as input data for acoustic calculations in connection with building planning.
DELTA will test:
- Airborne sound insulation (doors, windows, walls, etc.)
- Impact sound pressure level (floor structures and floors)
- Reduction of impact sound pressure level (floor coverings, carpets, etc.)
- Sound absorption (acoustic ceilings and floors/walls)
We are accredited
DELTA is accredited and notified by DANAK. Measurements can be done either as accredited measurements for documentation purposes or as survey measurements in the course of product development.
40 years' experience
DELTA has 40 years' experience of acoustic laboratory measurements of building elements and takes an active part nationally and internationally in standardization within this field. DELTA participates regularly in international projects regarding the development of measurement methods.
