DELTA takes over Danfoss’ test centre in Nordborg

“It’s logical for DELTA to seek local presence in Southern Jutland with its high tech industry clusters”, explains Stig Lumbye, vice president at DELTA. “We welcome this as a unique opportunity to offer a broader range of test and consulting services to existing Danfoss and DELTA customers in the region - and to attract new customers as well”.

For Danfoss, the divestment of the test centre is also a logical step towards realizing the company’s core & clear strategy. “In DELTA we have found a partner who can secure that Danfoss in the future can have best in class services in this field”, says Tina Larsen, director of Danfoss’ Technology Centre.

The future: State-of-the-art test facility

While staffing and facilities will remain unchanged in the near future, DELTA has a clear vision of establishing a brand new state-of-the-art test centre offering the full range of DELTA test and consulting services, including EMC tests. Stig Lumbye concludes: “From our locations in Hørsholm and Aarhus, we know that customers highly appreciate one stop shopping when it comes to buying tests – and that the possibility of combining test activities with a workshop with one of our experts is also popular”.
