ICAM Imaging Colour Analyser Module

In the histogram is shown the luminance variation in a column (left) and a row (right) of the image of a TFT screen. It is seen that a ‘dead' pixels is very visible. So in one ICAM image both luminance and colour variations are documented together with dead pixel detection.

The photometric and colorimetric tests are comprehensive, but with ICAM, tests can be done in a few ‘shots'. In the figure an example of a VMS, with 64 lines and 144 columns of LED's, is shown. With ICAM the app. 10.000 LED's are measured simultaneously.
