A QAMP certificate provides and demonstrates a broad theoretical knowledge - by three successfully passed certification examinations - and the practical knowledge and project experience of the certified.
The three certifications to take for a QAMP certificate are:
- IREB Requirements Engineering
- ISTQB Software Testing Foundation
- One of own choice - DELTA recommends:
iNTCCM Configuration Management
It is possible to be certified with a certification other than in Configuration Management, namely: Advanced Software Testing Management, Innovation Management, Project Management, Secure Software Engineering, or Software Architecture; though only a few of these certifications are obtainable at DELTA.
Completed module certifications are always recognised as valid without time constraints.
The participants must also have at least two years of professional experience in the field of software quality assurance, or equivalent experience or education.
The final QAMP certification is performed by ISQI.
