Configuration management is one of the first steps to be taken towards higher maturity in an organization, but many struggle with it. This course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of identification, storage, and change control, and enable you to avoid some of the extra cost coursed by poor integrity of all the bits and pieces produced for a product.

The course is for everybody responsible for or involved in the development or maintenance of products. It is expected that participants have some practical experience in IT projects.

The language is English, though Danish is spoke if nobody requires presentations in English.

The presented slides will be handed out at the start of the course, and exercises and solutions will be handed out as they are during the course. The book "Configuration Management - Principles and Practice" is part of the course material.

Exam It is not mandatory to attend the exam after the course.
The exam is in English. The form is multiple choice. Some preparation time for the exam in excess of the time for attending the course should be foreseen.

The exam will normally be held on the Monday following the course completion to allow the participants to prepare.

The exam can be taken at a Pearson VUE Center at your own convenience.

The price for the course is Dkr. 12.200,- excl. VAT.

In addition to this there is an exam fee of kr. 2.600,- excl. VAT.
