Innovation - We will continue to be pioneers as the individual members have been pioneers before they came together as DELTA Axiom.

High road - It is our intent to take the "high road". We do not intend to build the business by strictly focusing on offering the lowest price. We intend to be a company of highly qualified consultants who offer quality products and services for an industry commanding price.

We realise that this means that we must constantly innovate, keep our portfolio of products and services up-to-date, allocate a portion of our time and resources to research, and provide training to our people.

Consistency - We understand that the number one quality factor for a process improvement and quality management consulting company is to offer a consistent message to all of our clients and potential clients. Consistency means that we will train, mentor and coach our staff to follow an agreed upon lead in any focus area.

Leaders - We will continue to be leaders in the process improvement and quality management industry. This means individual personal commitment to continual learning as well as making DELTA Axiom a learning organisation. Within the process improvement umbrella, we will continue to be the world leader in assessments offering a family of assessments based on model and scope.

Gurus - DELTA Axiom will market its "gurus" in their areas of expertise to the world. We will strive to support their position in research, conferences, publications, and educational positions including webinars and part-time university positions so that current and new clients will have access to their knowledge.

Educators - Not only is DELTA Axiom a process consulting company we also are creating a legacy. We look for opportunities to train, mentor and coach as a company. We want our clients to have a link to universities as we serve as part-time or Visiting professors. We are willing to share our knowledge share our legacy. We will continue give back to the community and invest our energy in the academic world, the IT environment and Engineering fields.

Researchers - We will continue to research and innovate. To be able to deliver the highest quality products and services we challenge ourselves to be on the leading edge of the process.
