Crash or Contribute - the scale
You have finished - or almost finished - a given work product/project artefact/document/.. and would like to know - right now - if it will contribute to the success of the project or crash the project.
The DELTA Axiom CC factor will tell you what the document will do for the project:
| 0 | This item will crash the project all alone |
| 20 | This item can potential crash the project |
| 40 | This item will cause problems for other processes |
| 60 | This item will rely on other good processes to make up for it's weaknesses |
| 80 | This item will contribute to the success of the project, but will, as it is, produce some defects |
| 100 | This item will contribute to the success of the project |
