Jørn was project manager for well over a decade before he started the assessment business in Denmark in 1995, when he - together with Anne Mette Hass - launched the process department in DELTA and introduced Bootstrap to the market. Jørn has performed 100+ assessments, so his council rest on a solid foundation.

Jørn's commitment to continuous improvement includes him self and he has been project manager for three government supported research projects.

Jørn's greatest contribution to the process improvement community is probably the ImprovAbility model. Jørn was project manager for the research team.
